Thermo Liner is a high-quality insulation material designed specifically for campervans and motorhomes. Made from cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene foam, it offers outstanding thermal insulation thanks to its low U-value. A non-tear silver foil backing on one side enhances heat retention in cold weather and helps reflect heat during warmer months.

Easy to apply, Thermo Liner features a strong self-adhesive layer with a paper release film, allowing it to bond securely to the metal panels of your van. Once installed, it significantly reduces bodywork reverberation and dampens external noise, creating a quieter and more comfortable interior environment.

Installation Advice

For optimal results, we recommend using a layered approach to insulation, combining multiple materials to address both temperature control and noise reduction.

Thermo Liner: Ideal for walls, ceilings, and floors, helping regulate internal temperature and reduce road noise.

Dacron: A lightweight synthetic wadding commonly used in upholstery, Dacron is an excellent insulator that works well in cavities and behind panels.
