Our 50mm van insulation is a highly effective, versatile solution for thermal insulation in campervans, motorhomes, and commercial vehicles. Lightweight and easy to handle, this insulation traps air efficiently, providing excellent thermal performance while being clean and simple to install.
Made from non-irritant materials, it requires no protective clothing during fitting. It does not absorb moisture, won’t support mould growth, and will not shed—making it a hygienic and durable choice for any van conversion.
With a 50mm thickness, it fits snugly into tighter spaces such as upper wall sections and roof voids, making it ideal where insulation depth is limited.
Installation Options
Use behind plywood panels for a simple, effective insulation layer
Combine with 7mm Thermo Liner or Sound Deadening Mats as a two or three-layer system for enhanced performance in both sound and temperature regulation
Can be easily cut with a Stanley knife and straight edge, or torn by hand for quick application
For best results, install over a base layer of Thermo Liner.
